主导 A/B 测试与准实验（Difference-in-Differences、Synthetic Control）设计与分析构建实验框架，覆盖 landing page 优化、定价测试、促销策略验证等场景与市场团队合作定义 KPI，确保实验具备统计检验力国际市场分析
针对不同成熟度市场（成熟市场 vs. 新兴市场）定制测量方案，处理数据稀疏、渠道差异与隐私合规等挑战分析各区域消费者行为差异，输出本地化的投放策略建议整合 Google、Meta、TikTok、本地媒体平台（如 Line、Kakao、Yandex）的数据源数据基础设施与自动化
与数据工程团队协作，构建营销数据 pipeline（ETL → 特征工程 → 模型推断 → BI 看板）开发自动化报告模块，减少人工取数负担，提升各市场营销团队的数据自助能力维护统一的 Marketing Data Mart，确保跨市场口径一致性
任职资格
必须具备
统计学、数学、计算机科学、经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历3 年以上 marketing analytics 或 growth analytics 工作经验扎实的统计基础：回归分析、贝叶斯推断、时间序列、因果推断熟练使用 Python 或 R 进行建模精通 SQL，能独立完成大规模数据提取与处理有 Attribution, Incrementality Measurement 和Attribution 的落地经验加分项
有 Robyn、Meridian、LightweightMMM 等开源 MMM 框架使用经验熟悉 causal inference 工具库（DoWhy、CausalImpact）有多国市场（APAC、EMEA、LATAM）数据分析经验了解 iOS ATT、GDPR等隐私法规对测量体系的影响
