1、根据生产车间需求，制定设备操作规程设计图纸，解决所负责设备异常，保证生产正常运行。
2、根据公司对各类电池非标设备的开发需求，进行自制设备的机械部分的设计开发和持续改进，确保所负责产线和设备的稳定运行，作好生产保障工作。
3、设计、改造生产研发所需的各类电池相关工艺段产线、单机设备、实验平台、电池核心结构件、夹具开发等
4、改良公司成套设备的机械设计和技术，及时评审，跟进现场装配调试；
1.负责动力电池新工艺设备、技术的研究开发，新产线的规划，相关课题研究，如激光、电子、材料、热学、仿真、异物、超声举仿生技术等。
2.具有钻研精神，有较强的求知欲，逻辑清晰，对机械设计有浓厚兴趣；
3. 吃苦耐劳，有较强的责任心，有一定的抗压能力；
4.有非标设备机械设计相关经验优先。
5.熟悉运动、传动机构等结构设计，熟练掌握导轨、丝杠、减速机、气动元器件等常用标准件应用；
6、6负责在新设备、产品试制完成并量产后的持续改善，及操作规程、说明书的编制；负责设计规则、技术标准、相关专利的编制和支持工作等
机械助理工程师面议
1、20-35岁，大专及以上学历，机电一体化、机械自动化、机制等相关专业；
2、1年以上非标自动化机械设计经验，了解机加工艺，具备一定的设计能力；
3、熟练使用CAD及Solidworks等相关软件；
4、工作积极主动、敬业、责任心强，稳定性好。
