任职要求 / Qualifications

1、英语、英语教育、TESOL等相关专业背景。发音纯正，英文表达地道，熟悉第二语言习得理论及教学方法。了解如何将语言学习与其他学科主题相融合。
Background in English, English Education, TESOL or related fields. Accurate pronunciation, authentic English expression, familiar with second language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies. Understand how to integrate language learning with other subject themes.


2、具有小学双语教学经验或融合课程（如IB PYP、探究式课程等）教学经验者优先。
Preference given to those with primary bilingual teaching experience or experience in integrated curricula (e.g., IB PYP, inquiry-based curricula).
