2.负责人工智能方案在智能车领域的落地应用；
3.负责AI算法/神经网络等在嵌入式系统上的优化和部署；
4.参与运动控制或过程控制方向、原型设备开发与调试、信号处理、运筹与优化相关的算法设计、开发及验证工作。
1.负责自研产品软件及测试系统的功能和性能测试；
2.根据需求编写部分软件的基础测试用例，并执行软件的测试；

Role purpose
• Develop, lead and continuously improve a Formulation, Fill & Pack (FF&P) third-party manufacturing (Tolling) base in China to support increasing requirements for supply to Syngenta Export markets.
• Establish processes which ensure reliable delivery of export volumes from China while meeting Syngenta’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements (both for China and export countries).
• Drive key change projects acting as the Change Lead for technology transfers and PPCRs. Coordinate and link to local and global teams as required, including HSE & Q audit follow-ups.
Dimensions
• All 3rd party Crop Protection FF&P tollers in China supporting Syngenta Export markets.
Accountabilities
• Ensure all Syngenta HSE requirements and Regulatory requirements are met at Tolling sites.
• Assure delivery of products from Tolling sites that meet Syngenta quality, customer service and cost requirements in line with agreed budgets and targets.
• Ensure that robust Quality Control and auditing programs are in place to manage Residual Impurity, Product Quality, and recipe accuracy (e.g., Bill of Materials).
• Establish Toller performance measures and drive and encourage continuous improvement with strategic tollers.
• Coordinate and manage any product re-work activities as required.
• Negotiate – jointly with Procurement Business Partner - adequate capacity and competitive tolling fees to meet Syngenta business requirements, aligned with Procurement policies.
• Effectively manage stakeholders including Supply colleagues, Commercial leads, Supply Chain Managers and other senior P&S heads.
• Lead specific projects as agreed with local and global P&S teams.
• Lead to address supply, inventory, compliance issues or cost and capacity optimization
Senior Engineering Project Manager
1. Full project lifecycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to start-up for one major or several minor/medium projects simultaneously
2. Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business to ensure overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
3. Shaping of the project scope through translation of business needs into options, managing trade-offs and selection of best fit option to meet competing objectives. Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
4. Directing and controlling third parties to ensure successful delivery. Shoulder the contract ownership & also involved in dispute, negotiation, arbitration, or litigation as needed. (design company, contractors/vendors, project management consultants etc)
5. Develop and execute a communication strategy for all project stakeholders & senior leaders, to desseminate progress/other information, and also timely escalation of relevant items for effective resolutions & decisions.
6. Application of latest project management processes, controls, change & risk managemnet techniques to esnure effective & efficient deliveries.
7. Identify the needed resources, securing resources, building and leading a large project team and managing their performance through the life of the project.
8. Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices, and to expand and mature the project management capabilities for the organization.
9. Act as an internal quality control check, define success criterias, KPIs, disseminate them to involved parties throughout the life cycle.
