- 负责烘焙糕点相关产品开发过程的质量评审，联合供应商和研发，完成产品规格书的制定；
- 供应商访厂和资质考核，输出审核报告，并识别供应商的质量安全风险，并推动其有效改善；
- 参与零售或风险原料的中试，实施首产跟产，监控工厂的质量管理水平；

2. 供应商日常质量表现评估
- 对供应商实施年度监督审核，并推动不符合项的整改；
- 门店反馈质量异常问题的调查、分析处理及纠正预防，主导或参与生产偏差、不合格品及客户投诉的调查与分析，跟踪隔离品处理及纠正预防措施的有效落实；
- 制定和实施质量检测计划，对产品进行监控，确保产品质量与安全；
- 不定期驻厂跟产，对风险产品的生产全流程进行实时质量监督与巡检，并确保工厂出现异常情况时能实施有效的纠偏；

3.供应商质量能力帮扶和提升
- 跟踪供应商质量改善效果，持续推动供应商质量提升计划的有效落地；
- 定期对中小型供应商实施质量辅导和相关质量培训，协助其达到对应的质量水平；
