Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the executive and/or other assigned leadership staff.
· Support and coordinate daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on planning, organizing, and executing business meetings and conferences (including agenda setting, logistics coordination, cross-team communication, and on-site management).
· Prepare meeting materials, ensure the availability of all resources, and provide post-meeting follow-up notes and action item tracking.
· Perform clerical and administrative tasks including asset management, report and document drafting, budget preparation, procurement and invoice management, workplace layout, gift distribution, etc.
· Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
· Coordinate culture-related activities: anniversary ceremony, all-hands meeting, annual party, etc.
· Coordinate and collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
· Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English and Mandarin.
· Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas education or working experience is preferred.
· 2+ years of working experience in multinational companies, with solid experience in holding executive meetings and project management.
· Proven ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
· Well-organized with high attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
· Ability to demonstrate professional presentation.
· The ability to interact with all levels of staff worldwide, and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
