Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的根据生产计划要求， 按时完成产品出厂调试任务，确保过程符合质量流程和要求规范，并完成质量记录归档。To complete production FAT tasks & output according to production plan requirement, make sure the whole process match well with quality requirement & necessary specification as well as record quality data.Daily production support to ensure a smooth and trouble-free production, continuous process improvement for production processes, production safety, product quality and productivity. 通过日常的生产支持来确保顺畅和无故障的生产、生产流程的持续改进、生产安全、产品的质量以及生产力的改善。Specific Accountability具体职责1.遵守公司职业安全规章制度，安全工作。Compliance with and observance of the currently valid guidelines on occupational safety.
2.支持并协助生产工单完成装配前的物料准备，装配，接线，测试等生产工序。Support production work order process completion for material preparation, assembly, wiring, testing and others.
3.遵守公司产品和工艺的质量要求，根据出厂调试规范，完成产品的出厂前调试，保障产品调试的过程与结果符合产品功能和质量规范, 并持续改善。Comply with the company quality requirements, complete products FAT procedure follow the spec, ensure that the process and results of product FAT meet function and quality specifications, keep continuous improvement.
4.根据程序和工艺要求，准确记录各类工艺及质量数据，并汇报质量部Record process data & quality data preciously based on procedure and requirements, report to QA correctly.
5. 协助生产工程师进行新样品的调试打样工作。Support production engineer for works of new sample test, validation etc.
6.通过工艺改善及作业流程的改进，帮助产线提升生产效率及产品质量。To improve production efficiency quality by continuous improvement.
7. 完成产品或售后件的定制化改装，调试。Complete customer required retrofit & FAT for product delivery or demand from after sales service.
