主要工作内容：
1、住宿管理：员工宿舍、公寓等入住、收费、检查、日常协调等，各类室内设施维修跟进。
2、物业外包管理：公共卫浴运维，对接消杀、沼气池清理服务商并做好巡检验收。
3、厂区绿化统筹：制定绿植养护方案，空地植被维护，监督绿化外包施工质量。
4、全域安全管理：负责办公楼、办公室、宿舍消防及用电隐患排查，整理安全台账、准备集团/GMP检查资料。
5、设施维保对接：办公楼、宿舍管线、门窗、防水等维修项目现场跟进、验收。

1、独立完成各种项目相关的文字设计、宣传资料平面设计、标识设计等；
2、分析理解客户意图，正确把握项目设计创意的能力，保证广告设计创作符合客户需求；
3、了解自身所设计制作物的材质，熟悉各种后期制作工艺；
4、根据客户需求，认真完成方案设计；
5、配合和支持后期制作，完成对接（其他）公司交付的其他任务。

1、创意与视觉呈现：根据品牌规划与理念，配合完成品牌旗下相关活动的视觉设计，尤其在医疗健康领域，打造专业且引人注目的视觉效果。
2、电商设计全链路：负责电商产品在小程序、天猫、抖音等渠道的促销、日常更新及活动页面设计。定期对店铺进行视觉优化，独立完成大型活动页面制作及美化创意设计。
3、品牌推广设计：为品牌推广的推文进行排版与画面设计，理解文案资料，将文字转化为富有逻辑与吸引力的视觉内容。
4、创意海报设计：负责节日、节气海报设计，结合医疗行业特点，展现独特的创意与设计落地能力

】1.、负责宣传册、宣传单、海报、文化墙、平面广告等产品的创意设计、版面编排、图文处理等设计工作；
2、协助完成各类策划文案的创意工作；
3、参与公司项目、活动相关设计工作4.负责客户及系统内的广告和专题设计；
5.负责公司产品的界面设计、编辑、美化等工作；
6.产品排版设计，客户委托设计、微信排版设计。

2.精通ps、cdr、ai等设计软件；

1、负责公司各类平面设计工作，结合AI软件（豆包，midjourney,即梦等）生成相关产品贴图；制作产品说明书；产品外包装设计；配合其他设计类工作；
2、根据产品及市场需求进行创意设计，提升品牌视觉效果；
3、与团队沟通，确保设计方案按时、高质量完成。
任职要求：
1、熟练掌握 Adobe Illustrator (AI)、Photoshop (PS) 及 CAD 软件；
