岗位定位全面负责养殖板块账务核算、农户代养结算、养殖成本管控、税务合规、资金与经营分析，深度贴合公司+农户业务模式，联动生产、农户服务部落地业财管控，防控养殖与农户合作财务风险，支撑基地稳定经营与降本增效。岗位职责1. 成本管理：负责生猪育肥全流程成本核算，精准拆分苗猪、饲料、兽药、死淘、人工等成本，分析料肉比、死淘率等核心指标，输出降本优化方案。
2. 农户结算管理：搭建标准化农户对账、结算、扣款、补贴全流程台账，负责苗猪投放、物料领用、出栏结算、代养费核算，高效处理农户对账异议，管控农户保证金、赊销往来风险。
3. 账务与税务：规范消耗性生物资产账务处理，落地农牧行业税收优惠政策，合规处理农户代养涉税、无票入账等行业难点，保障账务、税务合规，配合各类审计稽查。
4. 经营与资金管理：编制养殖板块预算与资金计划，按月出具经营分析报告，分析单头盈亏、片区农户盈利差异，为养殖规模、合作政策调整提供数据支撑。
5. 内控与团队管理：搭建公司+农户专属财务内控制度，规范采购、领用、盘点、结算全流程，统筹财务小组日常工作，推进业财协同，防范生猪资产流失、资金漏洞等风险。
任职要求1. 大专及以上学历，初级会计职称及以上。
2. 3年以上全盘财务经验，2年及以上生猪养殖行业经验，熟悉公司+农户代养模式全套财务流程，有农牧集团分子公司财务负责人经验优先。
3. 精通生物资产核算、养殖成本分摊、农户结算体系，熟练掌握农牧行业免税政策、涉农账务处理规则。
4. 擅长台账搭建、数据复盘、经营分析，能独立解决农户对账、税务风控等一线问题。
