8、负责部门的费用预算管理，控制生产成本及物料成本。
9、组织实施生产的“5S”管理，推进车间精细化生产。
10、负责新建及改造项目。

11、制造部节能降耗组长，全面负责制造部节能降耗工作。
12、制造部一级安全员，全面负责制造部所有员工安全。
