1.在生产部经理的领导下，开展各项生产技术工作。
2.协助生产经理编制产品工艺规程，工序关键参数，岗位操作规程等技术性文件，改进和规范工作流程作;
3.协助生产经理编制原辅料，包装材料等损耗，并检查车间贯彻落实情况。

1、负责芯片研发项目的产品质量管控，对整个过程质量管理提出改进意见，不断优化及完善流程或方法；
2、参与项目立项评审，监控CDT流程执行；
3、芯片设计研发质量的规划及策划，主导芯片产品开发阶段APQP质量目标和质量计划，制定开发相关质量技术文档；
4、TO前研发设计过程监控、问题分析，跟进相关部门解决，确保产品功能实现；
5、TO后参与芯片研发到量产的导入，检查和批准量产导入工作是否完成，产品是否可以进行量产；
6、组织问题复盘、持续改进等质量活动，推动芯片研发领域流程体系优化，支撑芯片研发部门持续提升产品质量；
7、配合公司/业务需求，支持芯片研发设计领域内外部审核。
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，质里管理、机械制造、电子工程等相关专业优先。具备品质管理相关工作经验，有供应商质里管理(SQE)经验者优先考虑。
2、掌握核心质里工具，熟练运用QC七大手法、5W2H、8D等分析方法解决质里问题。
3、计算机能力:熟练使用0ffice办公软件(Word、Bxeel、PPT等)及各类数据分析软件，能高效完成数据统计与报告编制。
4、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能有效对接供应商及企业内部采购、研发、工艺等多部门，推动问题闭环。
5、拥有良好的服务意识与责任担当，对质里问题敏感，具备独立处理供应商质里异常的能力。
