- Support the Head of Investment Management Department in driving the Company’s overall investment management strategy, governance framework, and investment capabilities, with primary oversight of the Portfolio Management Team (ALM focus) and Investment Operations Team, ensuring alignment with the Company’s long-term insurance liabilities, capital objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk management framework.
- Lead and oversee the Company’s strategic asset allocation (“SAA”), asset-liability management (“ALM”), and market risk management initiatives to support long-term financial, solvency, and balance sheet objectives.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, optimization, and governance of ALM and SAA models, including monitoring, analytics, and management reporting.
- Lead macroeconomic and market research to support investment strategy formulation, portfolio positioning, and cross-asset risk assessment.
- Drive initiatives to enhance asset-liability matching, capital efficiency, and balance sheet management in accordance with insurance business objectives.
- Oversee investment operations, investment reporting governance, and investment data management processes to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the management and enhancement of investment-related systems, including investment reporting, performance measurement, risk management, and research database platforms.
- Oversee Macau investment operations, including regulatory reporting, delegated investment monitoring, and coordination with external asset managers and internal stakeholders.
