What you will do:
Define the vision of the metrics team, how it would accelerate the ADAS/AV stack iteration and contribute to the success of the businessDefine metrics to measure overall ADAS and AD system performance, such as safety, reliability, efficiency. Develop data pipelines to automatically measure, monitor and report performance metricsDefine metrics to measure sub-system performance for perception, prediction, planning and control subsystems. Use the metrics to measure, guide and accelerate subsystem developmentLead the metrics team on detailed ML/AI model design, feature engineering, model development and experimentation, and pilot testing with iterative refinementPartner with Systems Engineering team, Product team, Simulation team and SW development teams on AV commercial launch readiness review, risk assessment and operation monitoringBuild and lead the metrics team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Requirements:
