英德市创智新材料科技有限公司成立于2013年12月6日，位于广东省清远市英德市东华镇清远华侨工业园新材料基地金南三路12号。公司主营导电浆料、新能源化学品、光伏锂电池化学品、SMT电子化学品、高端涂料油墨助剂、芯片半导体清洗剂，并设有CNAS实验室和研发室。公司还设立了创智先进新材料研究院，由武汉大学博士后领导。
