1、绝缘材料开发与应用：具备风电领域电气绝缘材料（环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺薄膜、云母带、硅橡胶、绝缘油等）指导开发、优化建议及工程化应用能力，熟悉风电发电机、变压器、电缆等核心部件的绝缘需求，能将实验室、材料一级的技术成果转化为实际产品进行应用。
2、技术落地推进：负责绝缘材料应用过程中的技术对接、工艺适配、测试验证及问题整改，跟进样品试制、小批量试产至规模化应用的全流程，解决生产及应用环节中的材料相关技术难题，保障项目节点按时达成，推动绝缘3、材料及绝缘技术在风电产品中的稳定落地。
4、性能检测与优化：熟悉绝缘材料性能检测标准及方法，能开展材料介电性能、耐热性、耐电晕、抗老化等指标的测试分析，针对应用中出现的性能短板，进行应用层面的分析与牵引供方进行优化，契合风电设备长期稳定运行需求。
