工作职责：

1.在幼儿园园长及主管的领导下，协助主厨落实厨房管理制度确保厨房工作的正常运作。

2.经常主动了解幼儿、教师对伙食的反映，并努力钻研业务，开发趣味点心（如彩虹蔬菜饺子、星星形状发糕），提升幼儿进食兴趣，配合保健医生调整配方（如用全麦粉替代精制面粉，添加胡萝卜泥增色）。

3.结合江苏省学校食堂“五常法”（5C）管理标准及“六化建设责任清单”，每日检查食材、工具、设备，及时清理过期、变质或无用物品，协助主厨分类管理食材存储区域（生熟分离、荤素分架、标签清晰），确保工具定点定位存放。

4. 确保操作台、工具及手部清洁，生熟食材分开处理，检查食材新鲜度（如水果是否腐烂，干果是否受潮），对每批次点心进行留样，标注制作时间及原料批次。

5.与主厨沟通次日点心计划，提前准备冷藏发酵面团，按需调整点心份量（如小班幼儿提供迷你版）。

6.每日清洁点心制作区，每周深度清洁，避免滋生细菌，定期清理边角油污。

8.严格遵守《点心制作标准化流程》，主动学习儿童营养学知识，避免使用人工色素、过量糖分等非健康原料，掌握食物过敏应急处理流程（如误用坚果类原料）
