襄阳高新外国语学校

襄阳高新外国语学校于2012年6月1日经高新区社会事务办公室批准成立，为一所全日制寄宿制学校。学校最初开办初中部和学前教育部（幼儿园）。随着办学规模扩大，2015年秋增设国际小学部，2016年秋增设国际高中部，形成“一校五部”（学前教育部、小学部、初中部、高中部、校外活动中心（青少年宫））的办学格局。学校位于中原路与后陈营路之间，占地80余亩，建筑面积三万余平方米，拥有功能齐全的学生宿舍、标准塑胶运动场、篮球场、排球场、羽毛球场、乒乓球场、沙画室、琴房、陶艺室、阅读室、文化室、书画室、科技实验室等设施，中小学、幼儿园、活动中心在一个校园内既有机统一又相对独立。2017年中考，239人参考，35人被襄阳四中、五中录取，四中五中上线77人，一中、三中上线123人，省市重点高中上线率达51.5%。经过五年发展，学校现有在校学生2200余人，教职员工150余人，专职教师100余人，教辅人员（含后勤人员）50余人，教师平均年龄32岁，本科及以上学历占比100%，三年以上教学经验的教师超过50%。
