Main Responsibility: Be responsible for 2wheel Sequencing plan to ensure production volume up to PSI requirements.
Drive for improvements in production department to ensure quality, efficiency and cost keep continuously improving.

1. Sequencing
- Coordinate with production, IE, QM ,logistics and warehouse, optimize production plan to make sure it runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with production, PI to optimize ETO plan to make sure new product development runs smoothly.

2. Intercompany material
- Make intercompany material plan such as compound, rubberized fabric and chafer requirement plan, coordinate with related department to make sure material can be delivered in time.

3. Production Delivery
- Monitoring output ,identify problem and drive for solution to meet production plan in time

4. Continuous Improvement

Main Mission:
Industrialize new products and new technology into production. Ensure close working interface as business partner between plant and R&D. 1. Local functions in the Plant
- Introduction to quality management and technical compliance in PLT/CVT Plant - department rotation, a deeper introduction to plant operation
-Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow and Components in order to gain in-depth operational knowledge about the production process
- 4 month shopfloor experience incl. laboratory test stations
- Quality Management projects within the plant
- Rotations to other departments in order to get an insight into the collaboration of all departments67 (Mandatory: PI, Production, MTE, Process Engineering)
- Establish and maintain a network throughout the plant
