- Responsible for master/small batch plan for production and project trial run plan
- Follow up daily output and ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Coordinate AMC production matching and responsible for the logistic in the area

- Establish Kanban system in the area to fulfill process flow

Admin
- Responsibilities including company shuttle bus, transportation and canteen management, including vendor selection and assessment.
- Arranges insurance, maintenance, repair and other affairs related to company vehicle
- Performs clerical tasks as per Admin requirement, i.e. coordination with stationery supplier, meal supplier, express supplier，business card printing supplier, water supplier, plant supplier, travel & hotel agencies, etc.
- Responsible for PPE management and achieve annually cost control and cost down target.
- Responsible for executing the security regulations in plant by coordination with out-sourcing security service supplier.
- Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary.
- Organizes company activities such like annual party, company outing, sports/ matches and etc.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.

HR
- Responsibilities including recruitment, staffing, C&B support and training.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. Developing and maintaining recruitment channels.

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

Customs Specialist:

5.Arrange oversea transportation and handle import/export business.
