成立于2017年1月的南京众享社会工作服务中心，是一家专注于养老服务评估的机构，现有8名专职员工，其中3名为党员，1名为预备党员。此外，还有12名紧密合作的兼职人员。为了确保评估工作的专业性和公正性，中心的专职评估人员均具备养老、医疗、康复等相关专业的大学学历，拥有3至10年的工作经验，并持有中、高级养老护理员证书和社会工作者证书。同时，中心还邀请了来自高校的专业教授、行业内的资深专家，以及医学、护理、心理学等领域的人才加入团队，共同提升评估的专业水平。

自今年1月起，南京众享社会工作服务中心开始在全市范围内开展养老服务项目的评估工作，涵盖了申请政府购买服务的老年人能力评估、居家养老服务的质量检查、居家养老服务中心的建设和运营情况评估、养老机构运营补贴的审核、机构安全管理体系的评估等多个方面，总计近十个项目。通过这些评估工作，不仅为政府提供了制定、调整和优化养老服务政策的数据支持，客观反映了政府购买服务项目执行状况及其面临的挑战，更为重要的是，评估过程为社会组织内部管理、服务项目设计、运营模式提供了科学的指导，促进了社会组织的有序发展，加速了养老服务的制度化、规范化、标准化进程。
