SATS also boasts ethnic cuisine kitchens specializing in Chinese, Thai, Indian, Muslim, Japanese, and other cuisines.

Recognizing significant growth prospects beyond Singapore, SATS has pinpointed the non-aviation fast/casual food service sector in China as a rapidly expanding industry. Beyond offering services to Chinese and international airlines at Chinese airports, SATS has formed strategic partnerships, acquired companies, and established its own central kitchens across China. By the end of 2018, SATS had set up its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to oversee its various entities and outline plans for more dynamic expansion.
