2013年，爱尔眼科与中南大学合作成立中南大学爱尔眼科学院，培养眼科硕、博士高级医疗人才；2014年，与湖北科技大学合作成立爱尔眼视光学院。2011年和2015年，分别成立“爱尔眼视光研究所”和“爱尔眼科研究所”，实现眼科医、学、研领域的全面覆盖，显著提升了科研及临床水平，促进了中国眼科医疗事业的进步。
截至2016年，爱尔眼科拥有近3000名专业眼科专家和医生团队，其中包括硕士生导师、博士生导师、博士、博士后、海外留学学者以及临床经验丰富的核心专家，是中国眼科领域的重要力量。
2014年7月9日，世界银行行长金墉访问了爱尔眼科长沙医院，并在全球范围内推广其独特的可持续公益慈善模式。2015年，爱尔眼科收购了香港亚洲医疗集团，迈出了国际化的重要一步。2017年，爱尔眼科又收购了美国知名眼科中心，进一步加速了国际化进程。

Benefits:
1. Work Schedule: Standard work hours (8 hours per day, 08:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30)
2. Full Attendance Bonus: 200 yuan per month
3. Service Allowance: Increases by 80 yuan per month for every year of service, reaching a maximum of 400 yuan per month
