Nanjing Jinou Railway Assembly and Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in the Pukou Economic Development Zone of Nanjing City, covers an area of 41.42 mu. It was restructured from Nanjing Tiepu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which was originally affiliated with China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation (CSR) Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Plant in December 2005. Since July 2002, the company has been producing large components for urban rail vehicles in tandem with Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Factory. It is one of the first enterprises in Nanjing engaged in the production of supporting products for rail transit vehicles.
The company currently employs 90 people, including 15 individuals with intermediate or higher professional titles, 26 professional technicians, 86 European-standard certified welders, 4 senior technicians, 5 technicians, 1 international welding engineer, 3 international welding technicians, 4 international welding appearance inspection engineers, and 4 ISO9712 non-destructive testing personnel. The company's primary products include over 1,000 types of items such as carbon steel driver's cabs for Type A cars, aluminum alloy driver's cabs for Type B cars, aluminum alloy traction and buffer assemblies, Qinghai-Tibet railway bogie components (such as closing plates, spring guides, etc.), subway low-voltage electrical boxes, stainless steel air conditioning ceilings for subways, subway end beams, CRH6 EMU components, bolsters, tram steel underframes, and basic components for general assembly (car bodies). The company has successfully completed supporting services for nearly 100 lines of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Iran Project, Bombardier/RC2 Project, and urban rail transit vehicle projects. For many years, the company has earned high praise from customers due to its superior product quality and efficient service, making it a high-quality and stable supplier for CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Bombardier.
In 2006, the company obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification.
In 2008, it achieved EN15085-2 CL1 international welding system certification.
In 2018, it received ISO/TS22163:2017 and ISO9001:2015 international rail transit quality system certifications.
