河南俱成，占地约50亩，建筑面积达33,333平方米，内设有注塑车间、涂装车间、搪塑内饰流水线车间、整理车间、模具车间、产品仓库、原材料仓库、实验室（含爆破实验）、试制车间等多个功能区域。该企业为多家知名汽车制造商提供内外饰零部件配套服务，包括但不限于北汽股份、北汽威旺、北汽整车事业部、上海汽车、北汽新能源、东南汽车、众泰汽车、福建新龙马、一汽海马、郑州海马、车和家、小鹏汽车等。
自2013年起，各分公司开始增设自动化涂装流水线，所有车间均采用全封闭设计，并引入ABB机器人的应用。2015年，总部启动搪塑内饰生产车间建设，装备了德国进口的12工位搪塑线体、KM发泡机、ABB机器人以及火焰处理与弱化设备。气囊点爆实验室则配置了两台美国IDT MotionXtra NX4S2 高速工业摄像机。至2016年11月，公司已具备80万台套保险杠自动喷涂能力与40万台套塘塑仪表板的生产能力。
