Siegwerk China Siegwerk Shanghai Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siegwerk Group, was established in Xin Zhuang Industrial Zone by acquiring Sicpa Shanghai Ltd. by the end of 2005. It has now developed into a company with more than 280 employees and an annual output of 10,000 tons. We provide customers with water-based and solvent-based inks for tobacco, food and beverage packaging, alcohol-soluble inks for flexible packaging, UV inks and similar products. At the same time, we are promoting benzene-free inks with low VOC (volatile organic compounds), water-based and UV inks widely in China to enable consumers to enjoy food with environmentally friendly packaging. Siegwerk's 'Global Innovation Network (GIN)' was newly established in Shanghai in 2008 and became operational in the fourth quarter of the same year in response to individual demands from local customers in China.
