Hainan Bai Ma Construction Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 523 million RMB by Hainan Bai Ma Holding Co., Ltd., mainly to develop the Haikou Sima Po Island project.
Sima Po Island is located in the core area of the Jiangdong group planning in Haikou City, in a key development zone of Haikou City. It faces the Hainan Cultural Base (including Hainan Museum and Hainan Library) across the river and is adjacent to the political center of Hainan Province (the Provincial Party Committee of Hainan Province), making it a unique virgin land.
The Sima Po Island project covers about 1.1 million square meters, with an investment of approximately 1.5 billion RMB, and is a large-scale comprehensive cultural and sports project integrating entertainment, leisure, and sports. The project aims to be built into an international first-class tourist destination. After completion, it will become a landmark tourist area in Haikou City, significantly enhancing the level and quality of tourism services in Haikou and attracting high-end consumers from across the country and around the world for tourism and vacation.
The project has been included in Hainan Province's key development construction projects and is a highlight and important part of the future development of Hainan International Tourism Island.
