KONE China
Established in December 1996 in Kunshan, China, KONE Elevators Co., Ltd. is the primary elevator and escalator manufacturing hub for the Asia-Pacific region within the KONE Group. In 2013, KONE inaugurated its new Kunshan factory and R&D center, which spans 240,000 square meters and is the largest and most advanced production and R&D facility globally. Products manufactured here meet domestic demand while being exported to over 90 countries and regions including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.

By the end of 2014, KONE China employed approximately 10,300 staff, operated 50 branches, maintained 368 service stations, and had 60 sales offices nationwide.
