- Be responsible for the design and development of the production process flow of new products, and compile process documents (such as SOP, process cards, PFMEA, etc.);
- Continuously improve the existing production process to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs;
- Introduce automation and digitalization technologies to promote process upgrading.
- Formulate process quality standards and inspection norms to ensure compliance with industry/enterprise standards (such as ISO, IATF etc.);
