It is a Swiss-funded enterprise, established in April 2004, located in the Jiaxing Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province. The company mainly produces plastic electric tool boxes (such as HILIT, BOSCH, metabo, etc.) and air purifiers and humidifiers (brand: Boreke, formerly known as AIR-O-SWISS). Currently, the company has five companies worldwide, located in Switzerland, the United States, the Czech Republic and China. Jiaxing Company owns injection molding machines from ENGEL, KRAUSSMAFFEI, DEMAG, and robotic arms from Wittmann, Engel.
