Fenzi, a chemical group dedicated to glass-related products, was founded in 1941 with headquarters in Italy. Currently, it operates seven factories in Europe and North America. Its main product lines include:

- Insulating glass products
- Mirror backing products
- Tempered glass products

For many years, Fenzi's Duralux mirror backing paints have been the best-selling brand in China due to their consistent quality and reliability. This has made Duralux the preferred choice for major mirror manufacturers across the country.

In 2003, Fenzi established Zhejiang Fenzi Paints and Sealants Co., Ltd. in the Honggao Road, Xiuzhou Industry Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Production began in July 2006.
