Set up a factory fully compliant with latest Hygiene Std (PRC Quality Standard cert. / export license)
2) 建立和扩大生产能力，提高胶基公司的竞争力（风险评估-相互依存）。
Capacity augmentation & establishment of production site that could be reciprocal to GBC (risk assessment – group interdependence/B.I.)
3) 提高生产技术和工作环境的条件。
Improve technological/ergonomical conditions
4) 加快物流速度以提高集团的协作效应。
Improve logistics conditions and gain further from group synergies
