工厂还拥有一支高学历、专业化的自主研发配方科研团队，建立了现代化的产品研发中心，具备完善的产品研发管理体系和先进设备，并与国内知名高校和研究机构保持紧密合作。目前，公司已累积超过1500种化妆品配方（包括洗发、护发、沐浴、洁面和护肤类产品），并能根据市场需求每月推出30款以上的新品。
