Cosmo began its venture as a fitout contractor in 2008, concurrently operating its millwork manufacturing business in Shanghai. Initially functioning as a subcontractor for distinguished international fitout contractors who served as General Contractors for retail projects, such as those for brands like Bally, Dunhill, and Michael Kors, Cosmo has evolved into a robust primary contractor capable of delivering comprehensive fitout contracting services and millwork supplies, including on-site M&E installations managed by in-house engineers.

As a multifaceted manufacturer, Cosmo also provided extensive metal works, including pre-fabricated panels, trims, and sub-structures, alongside a range of glass panels, such as tempered, laminated, and featured glass for facade construction, integrated within the fitout packages on a turnkey basis. Through direct interactions with clients and architects, Cosmo has accumulated valuable expertise in innovative material applications, quality control, and design inspiration, enabling it to consistently meet the high expectations of international clients and designers. Prior to commencing work, detailed shop drawings are prepared for review and approval, ensuring adherence to specified standards.

Today, Cosmo directly engages with end-users such as Bally, Dunhill, Michael Kors, and 6IXTH8IGHT, securing projects through direct tenders and long-term contracts on an annual basis. The provision of continuous and reliable furniture supplies to their global outlets represents a cornerstone of Cosmo's business with these preferred clients.
