石家庄市顺兴公路工程有限公司于2005年7月正式成立，其前身是石家庄市公路管理处一公司于1997年成立的石青高速公路养护工区。2000年后，因地市合并等政策调整，该公司隶属于石家庄市路桥集团。2005年7月，正式组建石家庄市顺兴公路工程有限公司，并成为石太高速公路养护工区。
本公司是专业从事高速公路及桥梁建设养护的知名企业，常年负责石太高速日常养护工程。公司现有经营面积7350㎡，在职员工289人，其中包括二级建造师12人、中级工程师35人、技术员68人，另有长期临时养护工350人分布于石太高速和石黄高速公路养护项目中。
