The company, under French management, with more than 32 years in molds manufacturing, supplies high precision injection molds for European markets, and especially for home appliances, automotive and electronic industry. Our customers: NHPM established business relations with many well-known companies like Peugeot, Grundfos, ABB, Arvin Meritor, Citroen, Delphi Automotive, Depagne, ITW, Knauf, Legrand, Peugeot, Renault, SEW, SPIT, Sumitomo Electric, Total gaz, Toyota, TRW, Valeo, Volvo, Wagon, … Our company also would like to provide precision molds for Chinese market, the high level of quality they are now waiting for their molds. Our Equipment: The main equipment include Charmilles EDM machines, Charmilles WIRE EDM machine, CNC milling machine centers (with high speed machine for electrode machining), and 3D measurement machines. For a high accuracy, all of those equipments use EROWA Systems. Our Staff: Our company have employ more than 67 persons, including: - Design department, with 7 engineers, able to work using 2D and 3D software. - Tooling shop, with 48 professional mold makers. - Injection shop, with Toshiba Electrical injection machine, for mold testing and adjusting. - Project department with 2 engineers. - QC department, with 2 engineers. - Administration department.
