学校概况 (About Us)
北大附属嘉兴实验学校，是由嘉兴经济开发区政府和北大青鸟文教集团共同合作创办的一所集幼儿园、小学、初中、高中为一体的国际化新型学校。学校位于嘉兴国际商务区内，总用地面积10万平方米，总建筑面积约12万平方米，可容纳近3000名学生就读，已于2016年9月正式开学。
Peking University Experimental School （Jiaxing）is an international new model of school serving students from kindergarten through Grade 12. The school is jointly founded by Beida Jade Culture and Education Group and Jiaxing Economic Development Zone. The school is located at Jiaxing International Business Zone, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with 120,000 square meters of construction area, and it has the capacity to accommodate up to 3000 students. The school has officially started to operate in September, 2016.

福利机制介绍（Welfare）
福利：五险一金（高基数）；子女就读优惠（教师子女全免）；商业补充医疗保险；北大教育体系和IB教育体系双重培训机会；教师公寓；教师食堂（三餐全面）；节日福利；每年体检等等
Welfare：Five Insurances and Housing Fund, children admission benefits, supplementary medical insurance, PKU and IB training programs, accommodation, teachers canteen, festival welfare and annual health check, etc.

薪资：特级教师/名师，年薪30-50万；骨干教师，年薪20-30万；优秀学科教师，年薪15-20万；优秀应届毕业生/往届生，年薪8-12万。
Salary: 300,000-500,000 yuan per year for senior teachers/masters; 200,000-300,000 yuan per year for backbone teachers; 150,000-200,000 yuan per year for outstanding subject teachers; 80,000-120,000 yuan per year for outstanding fresh graduates or previous graduates.
