Stanley Agricultural Group Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is a comprehensive agricultural service provider specializing in the production and sale of compound fertilizers, grain storage, agricultural information consulting, agricultural technology promotion, and agrochemical trade. It is also an international起草unit for the standard of compound fertilizers, a well-known high tower compound fertilizer production base in China, with an annual production capacity of 5.2 million tons. In 2011, Stanley's A-share was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2017, Stanley was awarded the National Technical Invention Award. Currently, the company operates 12 major production bases in provinces such as Shandong, Jilin, Liaoning, Guangxi, Hubei, Henan, and Jiangxi, covering more than 5 million acres of farmland across the country. It has established over 3,000 first-tier agents and more than 100,000 terminal outlets in all 31 provincial-level regions, forming a nationwide layout for research and development, production, marketing, and services.

Stanley aims to advance global agricultural modernization through visits to European and American agricultural practices. Recognizing domestic agricultural trends, Stanley has established an agricultural service company, providing a full-service platform that includes seed, fertilizer, pesticide, machinery, agricultural technology, grain trading, finance, and information services for large-scale farmers, family farms, agricultural cooperatives, etc. Currently, Stanley's agricultural service company has formed nine joint ventures in Northeastern China, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, and Hebei, managing over 500,000 acres of farmland, with grain storage capacity exceeding 500,000 tons, achieving integrated production, procurement, and sales operations.

Focusing on specialized production of specialty fertilizers, Stanley develops products tailored to different needs, including Stanley San An, Fourth Element, and Power. Stanley San An is a compound fertilizer with a total nutrient content of 54%. Fourth Element addresses the issue of micro and trace elements in Chinese soil by supplementing their nutrients. Power is designed for high-end economic crops. Adjusting formulas and ratios, Stanley also produces targeted series of specialty fertilizers for different crops.

In 2018, Stanley entered into a deep partnership with CCTV, exclusively sponsoring the popular TV show "Grand Star Road." This program, centered on grassroots entertainment, provides a national stage for ordinary workers from across the country to showcase their talents. By September 23, 2019, Stanley had invited over 3,600 farmers to watch the show.
