Demand & Supply / invoicing Planning
· Responsible for customer demand forecast and orders, ensure alignment with production capacity and materials on time delivery.
· Develop and maintain production schedules, material requirements plan (MRP), and inventory strategies to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
· Monitor demand forecasts vs. actuals, adjusting plans to prevent shortages or overstock situations, also customer invoicing status follow up.
SAP implementation and New-project coordinate
· Fully support on new HANA S4 system go live, to assure supply chain daily business merger into new system smoothly;
· New project launch and tracing to assure supply chain process and improvement are meet company develop requirement .
Inventory Control & Customer satisfaction
· Responsible for optimizing inventory levels (raw materials & finished goods, specific finished products) based on demand variability and lead times.
· Track order fulfilment status, identify delays, and work with Production, Logistics, and Sales to resolve issues. Establish and implement a fast delivery model with logistics carriers and third-party logistics companies to meet customer needs and ensure on-time delivery, while monitoring the quality of transportation and reducing additional costs.
· Ensure accurate stock records in ERP/MRP systems and coordinate cycle counts/physical inventory checks.
· Support for customer delivery satisfaction and coordinate for fast delivery model with logistics carriers and third-party logistics companies to meet customer needs and ensure on-time delivery , while monitoring and reducing transportation costs.
Internal Coordination & Process Improvement
· Act as the key liaison between Sales, Production, and Logistics to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks, but also different sections within supply chain department.
· Participate in S&OP (Sales &Operations Planning) meetings, providing insights on capacity, constraints, and risks.
· Identify process inefficiencies in planning and propose improvements (e.g., system automation, lead time reduction).
Reporting & Compliance
· Generate and analyse KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, FST accuracy, material cost) to measure planning effectiveness.
· Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
