1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes for injection moulded components.

2. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

4. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

6. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and quality assurance methodologies.

4. Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience managing direct reports.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

7. Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.

8. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
