This is the job opportunity in Investment Bank Middle Office, based in Wuxi China, on front-to-back operation for Rates product in APAC region. Your core duty is to ensure the transactional integrity of all trades in scope of service, performing intersystem reconciliations, monitoring trade lifecycle and responding queries from counterparties, brokers and clients. You understand trade booking models, system flow and its associated risk controls, then you will be able to review bookings to ensure their integrity and data consistency in different systems. Your role is also a key contact point to Front Office and Back Office with close communication and coordination to support trading and settlement. You shall follow the standard of procedure, timely escalate for any exceptions, and follow up the issue until it is fully resolved. For those routing tasks, you are expected to have a analytical mindset, challenging the status-quo to make positive and consistent changes on day-to-day process.

Your team

You will be allocated in Wuxi Business Solution Center, EMEA Rates team, handling rates product on T1 control in trade life cycle. The team faces off EMEA stakeholders, supports EMEA trading desks, also works closely with cross-functional and cross regional teams to solve issues and achieve common goals.

Your expertise

Bachelor degree and above, majoring in finance is preferred,

Business level of English language proficiency,

Learning fast and handling multiple tasks, willing to take new challenge,

Logic thinking and good in mathematics.

Basic processing skill in excel, and Macro, Altryx as a plus
