We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements of the position.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments as needed.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
4. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and manage expectations regarding timelines and next steps.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
