Sr. Technical Service Engineer (PCB 电镀)

作为技术服务人员向客户提供产品技术支持，包括维持药水槽良好运行状态；制程/消耗异常处理；制程改善等

工作职责：

1. To provide routine onsite technical service to our customers. 为客户提供常规的现场技术服务

2. To solve product application problem for our customers. 为客户解决产品应用问题

3. To monitor our customers production line performance. 监测客户生产线产能

4. To provide technical support on new line set up and new process operation manual for our customers. 为客户提供新开线技术支持和新工艺操作手册的指导

5. To provide product training for our customers. 为客户提供产品培训

6. To provide sample building support for new opportunities according to business requirement. 根据业务需求为新生意机会提供产品打样

7. To monitor our chemicals consumption for GRC margin improvement. 监控化学品消耗量，以提高 GRC 利润率

8. To provide necessary logistic support for business requirement. 协助紧急情况下的产品发货及运输

9. To collect the relevant information of customers, industry, competition. 收集客户、行业、竞争对手的相关信息

10. To finish any other tasked assigned by the supervisor for business requirement. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作

任职要求：

- 化学、化工或相关专业本科学历

- 5年以上PCB药水供应商或PCB板厂经验，熟悉线路板电镀、表面处理等工艺

- 工作态度积极，具备良好的客户服务意识

- 良好的沟通及英语读写能力，熟练操作Office办公软件
