高级项目工程师Senior Engineer Project

1. Make manufacturing feasibility evaluation according to customer requirements(drawings and other specifications) during RFQ phase, if necessary, discuss technical topics with customers, finish feasibility study report and cost calculation accordingly（在报价阶段依据客户的要求，如图纸及其它技术规范进行制造可行性评估，如有需要则和客户讨论技术问题; 完成可行性评估报告及成本核算）；

2. Lead new project development, create project plan, including of time schedule, quality planning and investments and so on. Organize regular project meeting and tracking project progress to close open points on time. Monitor and control project cost(investment plan and product cost) so that the project can achieve the planned targets（领导新项目开发，创建项目计划，包括时间计划、质量计划及投资计划等。组织定期项目评审会议，跟踪项目进展并及时关闭未决事项。

监控并管控项目成本（投资计划及产品制造成本）以使项目达成计划目标;

3. Plan manufacturing processes for new products, organize sample production, collect process and quality data during trial run, organize related functions to handle technical issues and work out solutions（给新产品计划制造工艺流程，组织样品生产，在试生产种搜集过程及质量数据，组织相关职能部门处理技术问题并提出解决方案）;

4. Create project documents according to automotive rules and standards(APQP/IATF), take actions to improve the findings in case of any findings during internal and external audit（依据汽车行业规范（APQP/IATF）制作项目文件，如在内部/外部审核中发现不符合项则采取措施进行改善）;

5. Provide technical support to customers if necessary to improve customer satisfaction（在需要时为客户提供技术支持以提高客户满意度）.

6. Cooperate with other functions to make process and quality improvement for series running products(CIP)（与其它相关部门合作改善量产产品的工艺及质量）;

7. Handle other tasks assigned by the technical manager（处理技术经理指派的其它任务）

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件

Education & Major 学历与专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in Metal Manufacturing related, prefer stamping（本科以上学历，金属制造相关专业，冲压相关更佳）

Job Related Experience 相关工作经验

1. At least 5 years’ experience on project management role in metal manufacturing field, stamping or fine blanking related project experience in automotive field are preferred（至少五年以上金属制造业相关项目管理工作经验，有汽车行业冲压或精冲相关项目经验更佳),

2. Good knowledges/experiences about manufacturing processes like stamping, machining, deburring, plating, heat treatment and so on（良好的工艺知识及经验如冲压，机加工、去毛刺、电镀及热处理等）.

3. Experiences of leading at least one project from development phase till mass production(至少有带领过一个项目从开发直至量产的全过程经验).

Total Working Experience整体工作经验

1. Good experience as project leader role with a technical background related and high volume manufacturing fields, automotive components industry related(有技术相关背景，在大批量制造型行业中有丰富的带项目经验)

2. Good experience of handling technical and process and quality issues under pressure(能够在压力环境下较好的解决技术及质量问题);

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识

1. Good understanding of drawing, GD&T, and technical specifications（能够充分理解图纸、尺寸和形位公差及其它技术要求）;

2. Good knowledge of quality tools in automotive field (MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)(良好的汽车行业质量工具知识如MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA);

3. Clear logical thinking for problem solving method, good data analysis skill（对于解决问题有清晰的逻辑思考能力，较好的数据分析能力）;

4. Be able to push other colleagues to finish their task on time（能够推动项目成员按时完成工作）

Basic English skill, reading and writing are must, prefer fluent in listening and speaking (具有基本英语能力，读写能力必须，有听说能力更佳)
