1. 协助销售经理完成日常工作,如准备销售文档、报价单、合同,接收订单,汇总和统计订单数据等;

2. 负责客户信息的管理和维护,包括录入客户信息、跟进客户需求、维护客户关系等。

3. 协助销售经理进行市场调研,收集市场信息,为销售策略的制定提供支持。
Assist the sales manager in conducting market research, collecting market information, and providing support for the formulation of sales strategies.
4. 协助安排销售会议、客户拜访等日程,确保销售工作的顺利进行。
Assist in arranging the schedule of sales meetings, customer visits, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of sales work.
5. 负责销售部门的文件管理,包括整理、归档和保管销售文件、资料等。
Be responsible for the document management of the sales department, including organizing, filing and keeping sales documents and materials.
6. 记录客户投诉和问题,及时反馈给相关部门并跟进解决进度。

10. 配合销售团队做好项目管理、完成新项目的添加和指派等工作。

11. 协助完成进出口订单的货物跟踪、报关、物流等货物出运事宜,负责进出口资料的整理、归档。

12. 接收订单,汇总和统计订单数据;

13. 协助产品的入库接收和出库管理,物资数据的核对,整理及录入。

14. 协助入库物资检查验收,核对所有出入库产品的规格、数量、与单据是否相符。
Assist in the inspection and acceptance of inbound materials, and check whether the specifications, quantities of all inbound and outbound products are consistent with the documents.
15. 每月汇总库存物质并编制各类上报表格,汇报物品消耗及库存情况。
Summarize the inventory materials monthly and prepare various reporting forms to report the consumption and inventory of items.
16. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求
Job Requirements:
l 本科及以上学历,英语、商务管理, 或化工等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, Business Management, Chemical Engineering or other related fields.
l 办公操作熟练,能灵活运用 word、excel、ppt,具备销售数据分析能力。
Proficient in office operations, able to skillfully use Word, Excel, PPT, and possess the ability to analyze sales data.
l 英语水平良好。
Good English proficiency.
l 熟悉进出口各个环节运作,包括清关、单证制作、物流操作者优先考虑。
Familiar with the operation of various links in import and export, including customs clearance, document preparation, and logistics operation is preferred.
l 有销售助理或商务助理等销售支持相关岗位三年以上工作经验。
Have more than three years of work experience in sales support-related positions such as sales assistant or business assistant.
l 具有良好的沟通能力和良好的服务意识。
Have good communication skills and a good sense of service.
l 具有一定组织协调能力、思维敏捷,应变能力强。有一定的抗压能力。
Have a certain organizational and coordination ability, quick thinking, strong adaptability. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
