应用工程师（双极板）

1、负责为客户提供技术专业知识和量身定制的解决方案，确保双极板在电解系统中的成功集成和优化。

2、在电解行业，氢燃料电池或氢气技术领域具有技术咨询，应用工程或销售工程等专业经验。

3、本科学历，材料科学、机械工程、化工工程或类似专业

4、流利的口语及书面英语，额外其它的语言，例如德语将会是加分项

5、对可再生能源领域的技术充满热情，热衷于创新，并积极为开发新颖的技术解决方案做出贡献，以满足客户需求；

二、Key Accountabilities 主要职责

1) Technical Consulting: Analyze customer requirements and guide the customer to suitable bipolar plate solutions for their PEM-Electrolysis Systems. Manage customer projects and internal projects regarding quality, deadlines and target achievement

技术咨询：分析客户需求并引导客户为其 PEM 电解系统选择合适的双极板解决方案。管理客户项目和内部项目的质量、截止日期和目标实现情况

2) Application Engineering: Assist customers in tailoring bipolar plates into their systems, ensuring compatibility with stack design, material, and operational requirements.

应用工程：协助客户将双极板定制到他们的系统中，确保与堆栈设计、材料和作要求的兼容性。

3) Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team by providing technical input, proposals and other material for customer discussions. Keep in direct contact with the customer to enable joint developments

销售支持：与销售团队密切合作，提供技术输入、提案和其他材料供客户讨论。与客户保持直接联系，实现共同开发

4) Further training by studying professional literature and attending trade fairs, conferences and seminars

通过学习专业文献和参加贸易展览、会议和研讨会进行进一步获取产品前沿信息

5) Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as R&D, product management, and manufacturing to tailor product and manufacturing solutions to specific customer needs.

协调：作为客户与内部部门（如研发、产品管理和制造）之间的联络人，根据特定的客户需求定制产品和制造解决方案。

Represent an interface function between product and process development in China and Germany and the Chinese customer in the acquisition and project phase
