产品技术工程师

1. Support STT team members to drive Asia new customer and business development by proactively step in filtration technology solution development and verification.

通过积极主动地参与过滤技术解决方案的开发和验证，支持公司 STT 团队成员推动亚洲新客户和业务的发展；

2. Support and drive P0/P1 project execution in properly by co-working with internal crossed function team to ensure smooth & successful new business opportunity awarded.

通过与内部跨职能团队合作，支持和推动 P0/P1 项目的执行，以确保顺利和成功地获得新的业务机会；

3. Coach and train the team awareness of product technology and product performance.

指导和培训团队对产品技术和产品性能的认识；

4. Activity step in and drive product technology development roadmap and product catalog development.

极参与并推动产品技术发展路线图和产品目录的制定；

5. Ensure the necessary confidentiality and exclusivity regarding innovation, product roadmap, technology and other confidential data and information.

确保创新、产品路线图、技术及其他机密数据和信息的必要保密性和排他性。

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering，Chemical, water filtration related；

本科及以上学历，机械工程、化工、水过滤相关专业；

2. At least 3 years’ experience of filtration solution design or project management；

至少 3 年过滤方案设计或项目管理经验；

3. Very strong project management skill, communication skills and synergize resource capabilities;

强的项目管理能力、沟通能力和资源协同能力；

4. Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieve goals in systematic way.

展示并培养系统地实现目标的紧迫感和强烈的使命感；

5. Show excellent facilitation, planning and prioritizing skills, working with different functions.

与不同职能部门合作时，表现出卓越的促进、规划和优先排序技能；

6. Always be curious, scan for new ideas, willing to learn new technology professional skills.

8. With experienced with 3D software such as Creo, Solid works etc. is preferred.

有 Creo、Solid works 等 3D 软件使用经验者优先；

9. Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.

英语听说读写流利者优先。
