2. 对正在研发的产品进行设计，对现有离合器制动器产品以及相关部件的持续性优化，包括降低成本，品质改善等，原型产品的设计或计算的确认；

Conduct clutch/brake design during the development process, clutch/brake modification or update design for cost reduction and quality improvement, verification of the design by prototypes or simulations;

3. 与公司总部的设计人员进行图纸及产品沟通确认；

Confirmation of drawing and products with engineering team from our headquarters.

4. 根据客户及新产品开发需要，完成非标机械部件的设计工作；

New clutch and brake product design according to new product development and customer needs;

5. 研发时的项目管理，协助对其设计的产品制订工艺分析、工艺路线的控制确定，成本分析和成本控制,借助相关控制软件控制项目成本，研发和生产周期和质量。

R&D Project Management, assist or support to the machining process definition, control, cost study and control, use cost control as a tool to manage project cost, lead time and quality.
