As a Sales Consultant, you'll connect with prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored quotations using our CRM system. You'll collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding service and grow professionally.

61 Maintain regular client follow-up.

职位描述:
1. 唤醒潜在需求,找到契合点,与顾客沟通交流 ,达成签单;
2. 维护客户的关系,为客户提供持续有效的服务;
3. 帮助客户进行保险计划选择;
4. 协助销售经理完成日常工作;
5. 后期问题的跟进处理,解决客户各种情况所发生的意外事故和突发状况;
6. 定期与合作客户进行沟通,建立良好的长期合作关系。
职位要求:
1. 专科以上学历;
2. 对销售工作有较高的热情;
3. 具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力;
4. 具有较强的团队合作精神和良好的人际关系,能承受一定的工作压力;
5. 为客户提供全方位的保险咨询服务;
6. 身体健康、亲和力强、诚实守信、勤奋努力,具有高度的团队合作精神;
8. 英语听说读写流利;
9. 会说小语种更佳。
