研发主管 - 油脂类

- Existing product optimization, such as quality, packaging, cost etc

优化现有产品，如质量、包装、成本等

- Provide internal (sales, marketing, production…etc) & external (customer) technical support, such as ingredients knowledge training, product knowledge & application training, new product processing training…etc

提供内部（销售、市场、生产等部门）及外部（主要客户）的技术支持，如配料、产品、应用及工艺等相关知识的培训

- Technical document preparation(hardcopy and E-version) & management in compliance with specified format & procedure, such as referred national regulation / standard, raw materials, formula, processing & related parameter, testing report, trial production report, QC test method, label information, ingredient cost, supplier information etc

按照规定格式完成技术文件（纸版和电子版）的制定与管理，技术文件包括：国家相关法律法规，原料标准，配方、工艺及参数，实验报告，试产报告，检测方法，标签信息，成本测算及供应商信息等

- Ensure confidentiality on all technical related information

确保所有相关技术及信息的保密性

- Cooperate with Headquarter & regional R&D to transfer Puratos innovation for local application or renovation.

通过与总部及区域研发团队的合作，将公司的创新转化为中国地区的应用与革新

- Work interdependently with relevant department like marketing, sales to push project moving forwards in compliance with confirmed time frame with expect result

与外部门如市场、销售团队密切协作，推动项目进展，确保在排期内完成并达到预期结果

岗位要求：

- Education:Food Science / Flour / Specialty Fat background, bachelor degree is necessary, master or above will be welcome

教育背景：食品科学/面粉/油脂及相关专业，本科，硕士及以上学位为佳

- Experience:with related working expereience will be prefered

工作经验：具有相关从业经验者优先

- Technical knowledge/skill: formulation, online prcessing experience, raw materials, packaging materials, related legislation, computer skill..etc

职业技能：具备新产品开发能力，熟练掌握配方设计、工艺流程及操作，了解原料及包装，具备相关法律法规知识，熟练操作办公软件

- Language:fluent english in reading & writing & speaking & listening

语言能力：英语流利，良好的英语沟通及书面表达能力
