CNC 数控机床操作员

1.根据既定设置 / 程序操作数控 4 轴、5 轴加工中心及走芯机（瑞士型车床）

Operate CNC 4-axis, 5-axis, and horizontal machining centers and Swiss-type machines as per given setup/programs.

2.装卸工件，并按要求确保工件装夹牢固; 执行加工程序，监控生产过程，确保产品一致性与质量达标

Load/unload workpieces and ensure proper clamping as instructed; run machining cycles and monitor production for consistency and quality

3.使用基础测量工具（卡尺、千分尺、量规）测量零件，验证加工精度

Measure parts with basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify accuracy

4.若出现刀具磨损、尺寸偏差或机床报警等问题，及时向主管汇报

Report any tool wear, dimensional issues, or machine alarms to the supervisor

5.始终遵守安全规范与质量标准，保持机床、刀具及整体工作环境的清洁

Follow safety and quality standards at all times；

maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and the overall working environment

6.愿意学习机械加工、刀具使用及质量管控相关的新技能

Be open to learn new skills in machining, tools, and quality practices

任职资格与技能要求Qualifications and Skill

1.具备 1-5 年数控加工经验，有 4 轴 / 5 轴加工中心或走芯机操作经验者优先

1-5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably with 4/5-axis or Swiss-type machines

2.熟悉不锈钢（303、304、410、420 型号）加工工艺者、对数控程序有基础了解者优先

Knowledge of stainless steel machining (303, 304, 410,

420) & Basic understanding of CNC programs is a plus

3.具备英语能力者优先

English language skills are a plus

4.具备较强的纪律性、安全意识及团队合作精神。
